*Personalization: All personalization is included in the pricing. We engrave gifts EXACTLY as written on the order. If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If the order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.

*Shipping: We try to ship all engravable gifts in 2-3 business days. Make sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a certain date. If needed sooner, shipping upgrade and/or a RUSH ($10 fee) is advised. Rush shipping will ship your engraved gift order within 24 business hours. Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
